The Nominating Committee presents a slate of officers each October to be elected in November. After election and installation committee chairs are appointed by the new president. The Nominating Committee this year presents the following nominees for office for 2008

INFORMATION FOR CHANGING FEDERAL EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS (FEHB)

If you are going to change your plan during the open season, wait for an open season packet the Office of Personnel Management will send to you which will be mailed early in November.  The changes are allowed in November-December of each year, and will be effective the following January 1.
For information about changes at other times of the year, annuitants should write to Retirement Benefits Branch, P.O. Box 14172, Washington, DC 20044 or call 888-767-6738.  Changes outside the open season are restricted to specific events such as marriage or a one time opportunity for enrollment in Medicare and others.
