President's Message Tom Castelluccio
As your new President, I would like to thank you for your vote of confidence and say a special thanks to Paul Donahue for the outstanding job he did as our President. I also want to thank Jack Means for the excellent job he did as Vice President and chairman of the membership committee. As for my background, I retired from the US Postal Service as a member on the district staff in Connecticut, with forty years service including four years in the US Air Force . I have worked on our membership committee for the past two years.
One of the greatest challenges we face is to grow the membership to maintain our strength on Capital Hill, as well as maintain a viable organization here in Columbia. As I write this, we have not had someone to step up to fill the Vice President position. I hope that someone will come forward. If you think you would be willing to serve our chapter, please let any of the officers on the board hear from you. We would certainly support your effort and help you with the position.
Again, I thank all of you who have served this past year and especially those that have agreed to serve our chapter again this year. We all appreciate your dedication. I look forward to working with everyone in the upcoming year.
