COLUMBIA CHAPTER # 87 |

(Continued from previous page.) believe me, its the best buy in town and the fellowship is fantastic. Carole Babb is working hard to schedule speakers on a variety of topics that will inform as well as entertain us that is a challenge! At the January meeting, we will have three important items: first, the swearing-in of the new officers by our state president; second, a memorial service to honor our chapter members who passed away during 2007; and third, participation in a volunteer research study on common daily events that older adults might engage in, conducted by M. (Beth) Elizabeth Register, RN, MSN, MPH, CCM, BC and current PhD Candidate sanctioned by the University of South Carolina College of Nursing, Columbia, SC. Very soon Ill be sending out a questionnaire to get some input from you. |
